A lot of us elderly folks don't have cable T.V. We only get what regular T.V. feeds us. The clips I'm seeing on the news shows are showing MS to be a little angel and Terri's savior.
I live in a retirement area and hardly any of my friends or neighbors have a computer. They believe they're too old to learn about these new gadgets. Many of them ask me to look things up for them. Last week I looked up insurance info for a neighbor.
Most of us elderly do however read their local papers and the letters to the editor. Would it help to write some of these papers with information on what happens when a feeding tube is removed and tell them what really happened to Terri.
Many of my neighbors have wonderful children but I have one neighbor who doesn't and I feel her children would do whatever necessary to get their hands on her money.
Anyway, my original question, would it help to start a newspaper writing campaign and give the elderly a wake-up call.

Did he have that child when he and Terri first married. Did he say the child was 14 years old?

If you write a letter, (great idea!), you could include the parts of the transcript that are most significant. Keep it brief and stay on message.

There are a few things Editors of most newspapers require.

1) a nice concise letter with a command of the issue.

2) a letter less than 200 words or less

3) identification of the sender along with address info

No offense taken. I do think the tide turned after MS won the money, and let's not forget how he was awarded that money, by promising in front of a judge and jury that he would put Terri in rehab and have a "lifelong" committment to her...

I also think the tide turned for this jerk when he started sowing his oats with "his girlfriend" and mother of almost two of his children, Jodi C.

He is a lying hypocrit, he contradicted himself numerous times last night. Once a liar always a liar, and I also am convinced that MS had a hand in Terri's condition, her so called "heart attack, low potassium condition" is BOGUS!

MS can't explain the rigid neck that Terri was found to have and all the broken bones, or is it he just won't elaborate?

With all due repect Ohioan, MS is guilty of plenty here, and his latest smear tactic against Terri's family is down right low, no doubt about it.

He just has all the answers Pollywog, and has it nailed down to a tee, him and his killer lawyer. LK did a fair job at best to ask the correct questions of him. I had a better time watching Greta V. for 8 minutes as she questioned Pat Anderson (Schindler family's attorney), she is one tough attorney(Pat).

And believe me Greta is getting onto something. MS is shaking in his boots. I am just praying we are all not too late to investigate what really happened to Terri, something smells to high heaven.

I don't buy MS's line "that this is Terri's wish and I am not walking away from it, it's for Terri, it's what she wanted".

BS, she was 25 yrs. old, who the hell thinks about death at that young age let alone talks about it, oh "it was a passing comment, during shows we watched together".

No, it's a rehearsed line that your lawyer told you to remember to win your case. I don't buy any of it.

Exactly, well put. He isn't doing any of this "for Terri, it was her wish", he is doing all of this for MS, and now for his new beloved, Jodi C., he's a daddy now, does he think we are buying that "he still loves Terri"? Oh please MS, he doesn't know what love is.

If he had an ounce of love in his heart or simple compassion, he would relinquish his guardianship and allow Terri's family to take care of her, no it runs much, much deeper with MS.

Now he is spreading lies about Mr. Schindler, that really infuriates me.

Unfortunately, "all of America did not see his evil exposed". A lot of America will read today that Michael accused the Schindlers of being money hungry and they will interpret this whole situation as a family squabble.

Also keeping everything in Jodi's name may make an "official" marriage impossible for Schiavo. He may have to stay detached to avoid judgements filed against him.

Per Bay News 9, Terri's family will be releasing a Statement in response to MS's lame appearance on LKL. The family ALWAYS responds when Michael molests the truth. His characterizations of Terri's Mom, Dad and Brother were HUGE LIES. I was shocked that he didn't try to destroy Terri's sister but, he's trying to convince us that he's not a he-man woman hater - too late to convince anyone of that.

His attorney is such a loser and the two of them think STARVATION-DEHYDRATION is just the cat's pajamas. They did LKL from California. Pretty far to go to tell a pack of lies. LOL

I loved when LKL did a promo for an upcoming show on Scott Peterson. Kind of leaves an impression that they are birds of a feather!

Certainly. They showed the dad asking about the money in regard to when rehabilitation could begin and trust me on this one. Terri's brother loves her and has unending devotion to her. Personally, comments that he only became involved when the media showed up in one of the BIGGER LIES MS told last night. Her brother is talking to the media solely to help his sister. He loves Terri as much as someone could possiby love a sister.

Remember also that Michael Schiavo would not grant Larry King's request to bring cameras from CNN into Terri's room. "the court already has tape". (hand picked by Judge Greer, Felos and MS.

Mr. Schindler's is everybody's teddy bear, kind of dad. To try to paint him as money grubbing and gruesome is soooooooo out there I was laughing at the tv. Family's releasing a statement soon (don't know exact time). Of course, they need to pick apart everything MS said and also Atty Felos. Line by line, MS made a fool of himself.

And, while they were out there in California, why didn't Attorney Felos who can WILL THINGS TO HAPPEN WITH HIS MIND, stop the fires out there? Guess he didn't have time.
