I've noticed your posts, you usually say what I wish I'd said. Sensible and articulate. I used to be, but becoming a parent in middle age can do awful things to one's wits.
It is not good to be better than the worst, or effective to do "more than nothing." Jeb could have done more, and now, I believe, he can't do more. Also I think that if we hadn't clobbered him with our outrage and contempt, he wouldn't have done as much as he did.

Just as JFK had PT-109 to inspire him to literary endeavor, Bushie too can write a book now.
I'd suggest something like, "Profiles in Mediocrity" as a working title.
