I've wondered about that too. His refusal to deny there is one, makes me think there must be one. But if so, where the heck are the insurance company's lawyers? Perhaps if it's a relatively small policy, the insurance company has just decided it would be more expensive to wade into this legal mess, than to just pay on the policy.
