I'd want testimony in court, along with other witnesses, documentation and evidence before I could give any credibility to witness based on an affidavit.

And what documentation and evidence give credibility to Michael's statement that Terri would want to be kept alive "artificially"? Do you believe his statements without question? What about documentation? Corroborating witnesses? Was he cross-examined?
