"Felos is at least as dirty as Michael. Why should he profit?"

He shouldn't but lawyers/judges have the whole system set up to enrich themselves at public expense in my opinion. I find it revolting that he was allowed to plunder her medical trust fund to enrich himself while working toward ultimately killing her.

I know there are some good, humane, decent lawyers out there....just not sure where they are off hand. They are definitely overshawdowed by the bottomfeeders in suits.

I wish someone could convince the Florida state bar to look into this. Felos' conflict of interest in this case is horrendous, especially considering that he was paid out of a trust fund that was only to be used on Terri's behalf.

BTW, I wonder what would happen if a guardian ad litem were to officially fire Felos. If Michael were to rehire him, that would prove that he was opposed to Terri's interest.

At this point, I don't think Felos is going to escape. I would expect a lawsuit filed against a guardian ad litem would have no trouble winning back all legal fees that have been spent on Felos, plus all legal fees necessary to reclaim them, probably plus some punitive damages besides.

In addition, while I don't think that much money would be enough to establish criminal motive for Felos, I suspect there's been other misconduct with the fund which could not be kept concealed forever unless Terri were to die before a new guardian could be appointed. If such misconduct were shown, I suspect that could establish criminal motive and lead to attempted murder charges.

BTW, since Greer was required to oversee the trust fund himself, he's probably also culpable in this conspiracy to murder Terri. Also, does anyone know if Felos/Greer have been together on other right-to-kill cases? I refuse to buy Felos' book, so I don't know if he mentions Judge Greer at all. Reeeeeealy interesting if he does.
