The concept of Hospice originally was to enable terminally ill patients to live at home until death.

I am aware of what what they orginally were and in many areas they are still the same.

And as I had stated, I wasn't talking about the type of hospice care that Terry was in

A lot of people on these boards have not seen how health care has evolved to where it is now, sometimes I just like to give a bit of history. Then one can see what might be in store for us in the future. I'm surprised to see how so many of Florida's legislators are financially involved with Hospices in the state. They are also the industry's regulators. I think there is blatant conflict of interest involving this industry and needs to see the light of day.
