I've got a pretty bad feeling about this.

Unless guardianship, complete guardianship, is transferred immediately to someone who gives a damn, this woman is going to die.

As chief LEO of the state of Florida, can't Jeb ask the attorney general to start a complete investigation into this whole mess? The conflict of interests present should dictate this. The misuse of trust funds should dictate this. The desperation of MSchavio to kill his wife should dictate this.



Sick of rumors, innuendo, this side says, that side says.

I want to see this whole freaking thing put under a microscope and I want some freaking truth.

I agree that MSchavio is a NGBMFHINO, and personally think a high velocity change in guardianship is needed.

What I really want is just some hard facts.

I don't know what Florida calls it but in Texas it's The Department of Health. Can they not be called to do an investigation? I know they have had plenty of calls? Don't they have to investigate?

Hopefully, someone is exploring the criminal angle by now and hubby dearest's days may be numbered. I mean, if he is being detained in police custody, it only stands to reason that the then next of kin would take over his duties as Terri's guardian. I can't believe that with all that is out there now which was hidden before, that somebody isn't working their heart out to bring this criminal to justice.
