Murder is the act of killing someone with criminal intent. If any crimes are uncovered which would have been discovered had a new guardian or guardian ad litem been appointed for Terri, then the only way for Michael to marry his "fiancée" would be for Terri to die. Then does MS fear that if Terri recovers, she pecks out something on a computer keyboard or something like that? Does MS fear not just loss of insurance money, but also a life prison term (some of the prison population may make that a short life prison term)?
