I am suprised to. If I ever bring it up, I get ignored. She may well have been gagging herself several times a day which also is extremely destructive to the body. It IS odd that her illness is never discussed. I'm suprised that Felos hasn't brought it up.

Yeah, same here. Seems like it would be a plausible defense...not that I am want to give him one, mind you. On the other hand, could be that offering a defense at this point in time would make his client look guilty of something and he would prefer not to raise that issue if it can be avoided. I suspect he figures it will come up soon enough and I wouldn't be surprised if this was something he had in his arsenal for use when needed.
