I contacted The Rutherford Institute in Virginia but didn't place the call in time. They are into civil rights and disability and religious freedom. If someone has phenn's e-mail, we could send our questions and concerns to her. She's the PR lady for the Schindlers and posts on FR. I've pinged her to this thread.
