The ultimate target, in my opinion, is going to be the Hospice organization, itself. Seems to me that one of the suits against Hospice, from the Schindlers, would be false imprisonment. Failure to supervise ... there must be a bazillion things because it's been going on for three years. Michael may be the Guardian from Hell, but Hospice is responsible for running its own house, without influence from others. This is Federal as well as State. I wouldn't worry about Felos and his suits. In the meantime, I'm convinced the Guardian from Hell needs FReeping, but I leave that to those with Vigil experience.
My two signs would be: HER CRIME: DISABILITY
HER PUNISHMENT: DEATH
"My two signs would be: HER CRIME: DISABILITY
HER PUNISHMENT: DEATH"
Great post.
Another crime she has committed: Making people uncomfortable.
People can't stand suffering. Francis Schaeffer wrote that the only two values most people in the modern Western culture can agree upon are personal Comfort and personal Security.
If you suffer in a persistent debilitative state, you not only have little hope of comfort, but you make a lot of other people uncomfortable.
I've listening to Joni Erikson Tata (sp?) a lot on the radio lately. She's a quadriplegic, and she has been protesting Terri S.'s treatment, along with other disabled people that many in our society would just as soon not deal with.
A good site to check out is
http://www.notdeadyet.org/ for more on how a number of handicapped people feel about these right-to-die issues.

P.S. Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord. We have to work through our authorities.
P.P.S. I'm not for prolonging life at all costs. But unfortunately the mainstream press seems to be succeeding in making a lot of people think that this is the case of extremists pressing their cause. At breakfast this morning, two people in my church said, "How would you feel if your wife told you not to keep her in this condition for 11 years?" And our waitress said it's wrong for the state to keep that woman suffering.
