Where is the police report she filed before getting fired? She has credibility if she did, but the insulin a subjective way of trying to figure out what was happening. you must be a nurse. :) You are correct, just stating the facts with regard to the BS testing to the state licensing would have red flagged this in a heart beat. And, she would have documented this information somewhere. But, I have to ask...if the administrator is reviewing the patient's notes...why was not the administrator checking into this. The administrator is ultimately responsible.
