Honey, I have to touch up my roots. My hair has literally turned white since I started trying to save Terri two months ago. More freepers are coming to Florida. We are going to try to meet in a more pleasant setting, i.e. a restaurant or put. If any freepers want to come to Florida for the weekend, please freepmail "Republic". Thanks, FV

JUST RECEIVED THIS IN EMAIL.

You signed the petition Gov. Bush must act to rescue Terri.
You were joined by 11632 other people who also signed this petition.

Thanks to a massive public outcry, generated in part by the petition you
signed, the Florida Legislature and Gov. Jeb Bush acted in time to
temporarily save the life of Terri Schindler Schiavo, the disabled woman
on the brink of death by court-ordered dehydration and starvation.
Here's where to review the original petition:
http://www.conservativepetitions.com/petitions.php?id=236

With Terri's time running out as she entered her sixth day without a
feeding tube, the Senate passed "Terri"s Bill" to create a 15-day
reprieve during which the governor can issue a one-time stay of court
orders.

Schiavo's feeding tube had been removed Oct. 15 over her parents' and
siblings' objections, as her unfaithful husband, Michael Schiavo,
continued his court-backed commitment to kill her. He and his lawyer,
euthanasia advocate George Felos, immediately filed a temporary
restraining order.

"Terri's Bill" isn't the answer! A reprieve in the nick of time, yes,
but it's not the victory she needs. Terri's life still is very much in
jeopardy. You can continue to help save this courageous woman by
alerting even more people than before to her dire situation. Direct them
to act at:

Thanks to you and your effort, Gov. Bush was able to act, allowing Terri
to immediately be moved to a hospital from the hospice where she's been
kept the past several months. She now is reconnected to a tube for
sustenance while her case is decided.

But now is not the time to relax. Even more pressure needs to be applied
to Gov. Bush and Attorney General Charlie Crist to do everything in the
power of their offices to find a real and permanent way to spare her
life. Here again is where to keep the public outcry growing even louder:

P.S. I want to thank all who participated in the vigil outside the
hospice and at the Capital. And I know Terri and her family appreciate
everyone who prayed on her behalf. You have stood in the gap not just
for Terri but for all disabled people who now are or soon will be in
unmerciful hands. You know one day it could be you or your loved one
having a feeding tube removed by a tyrannical court. Please keep the
faith at:

PLEASE CUT-AND-PASTE THIS EMAIL MESSAGE:

Dear Friend:

A tragedy is unfolding in Florida at this very moment, and another major
advance for the culture of death looms -- unless you help! Terri
Schindler Schiavo, a 39-year-old disabled woman, was being dehydrated
and starved to death at the selfish demand of Michael Schiavo, her
unfaithful husband, who had her feeding tube removed Wednesday, Oct. 15.
Although given a 15-day reprieve, Terri's life still is very much in
jeopardy.

Michael is living with another woman and has fathered a child even
though he still is legally married to Terri. He also stands to gain
financially from his wife's court-ordered execution, despite evidence
that her brain damage may have resulted from strangulation.

DON'T LET TERRI BE KILLED! Sign a petition at ConservativePetitions.com
demanding Gov. Jeb Bush do everything in the power of his office to
rescue Terri from this unjust, undeserved and unholy plight! Here's the
address:
http://www.conservativepetitions.com/petitions.php?id=236

Terri suffered a collapse in 1990 that deprived her of oxygen for
several minutes, causing her brain injury. She receives nutrition and
hydration by a feeding tube, but is receiving no other life-support
measures. Her husband has permission from Florida courts to remove her
feeding tube despite clear medical evidence that Terri is able to
communicate and respond to commands.

There's more: 13 physicians say Terri can recover with proper therapy!
Her husband, however, has denied her this therapy. He won't even let her
priest visit to comfort her. In addition, there is medical evidence foul
play may have caused Terri's brain damage. Act now to call for a full
investigation into the circumstances of her brain injury at:
http://www.conservativepetitions.com/petitions.php?id=236

Terri's parents have battled for years on her behalf, but the court now
has ruled in the husband's favor. With courtroom doors now slammed shut
to mercy, the process of starving Terri to death will continue -- unless
you and others create such an outcry that Florida officials must stop
the life-taking effort and investigate.

Remember what the Scripture says in Proverbs 24:11-12: Rescue those who
are being dragged to death, and from those tottering to execution
withdraw not. If you say, "I know not this man!" does not he who tests
hearts perceive it? He who guards your life knows it, and he will repay
each one according to his deeds.

Here again is where to act:
