This morning?
In this case, MONITORING/AUDITING the actual bottle and valve position (ON or OFF) (Not "reports" from the lawyer or the staff!) are the only thing I'd believe.
Am I too suspicious to require that that somebody being actually looking at the bottle? Should we require the contents be tested HINO present?
