PINGING THE CREW! Michael and his primary care physician are still in charge of determining what medical care Terri receives!

If both sides are supposed to jointly decide on a guardian during these 5 days, why doesn't the other side - TERRI'S side have a say in her care, and complete access to Terri, the Hospice and the press?

Pinging to cyn's # 1351:

So what happens when these patients need further care, eg, dialysis that cannot be given there? Then they would be transported to hospital or other facilityIF this is what had been requested and agreed upon by the primary care physician AND THE GUARDIAN.

Michael and the physician will not do this. I believe this is it. Unless Terri is removed right now. Gov. Bush, are you listening?

Excellent point. Equal access is needed to come to a decision. The party who denies access is removing all doubt that they have Terri's best interests at heart.

From my understanding both sides will appear before the judge and state who they want to be the guardian. If they don't agree, a third party will be chosen by the court. His name has already been linked somewhere on the Terri threads. I believe there are three days left until the decision must be made.
