I would feel that it is worth a try. Of course, I don't know any lawyers in Florida to ask. The law specifically states "any interested parties". Maybe a group of people, with no claim whatsoever in the outcome of this PARTICULAR case but with an interest in people with disabilities as a whole, you know, a neutral people, petitioning the courts with information of conflict of interests on MS part. You couldn't do it as the "save Terri Brigade" but maybe as "Concerned for Persons with disabilities" group it would work??? Isn't ANYTHING worth a try?? Maybe this area of law is where the focus needs to be in this case now.
