Thank you SO MUCH tutstar!! It seems to me that if they can speed this investigation up, it will put a halt to ANYTHING that Michael and Pelos try to pull.

VOTE NO.EVERY JUDGE.EVERY ELECTION. AS LONG AS REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP THIS JUDICIAL MESS.
worth repeating!

Sorry, Cindy to dash your hopes but AARP is as liberal as they come!!!
I can't help but feeling, for all our efforts, that NOBODY CARES!!
It is so hard to believe that this story has not captured NOT ONE journalist, legal-type person, reporter, or any talk-show host except a pitifully few.
Does this mean that any little word from someone, with enough lawyering skills can get someone, even their loved one terminated? By claiming they said something fictitious?
When you go to court, your word is sworn on a Bible. Other claims must be notarized, many other verification procedutes.
I REALLY fear for our counrty now, this euthanasia movement, both voluntary and involuntary is gaining,gaining................

Michael's claim is flimsy to us, but the judge swallowed it.
Nevertheless, according to what I quoted in #1786, it shouldn't be given credit even if Terri suddenly spoke up right NOW and said, "Help me die." Because one could reasonably claim she's in depression.
She had to be depressed about the grandma dying, no? So even if she said it, it shouldn't carry enough weight to kill her.

I am still waiting for my elected officials to get back to me!! I might have to call them!

I would like to know if he in fact does have a life insurance policy? What the amount is? And most of all when was this policy taken out on her?
Who could maybe find this information out for us?

Very important points about using doctored records to make life and death decisions.

Duh! I mean in #1782. This:
"...any individual whose illness has brought about depression that affects the individuals judgment is also ineligible, according to every U.S. proposal as well as Oregons law."
Her "no tubes for me" remark should be discounted because she was depressed over grandmother's dying. It was out of character, contrary to upbringing too.

That's what I think and I know the hospice at least gets medicaid or medicare. I think I will look that up.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks for the good news that You are sustaining Terri in a manner that causes her family to rejoice. And, Father, this daughter expressed her wishes in sounds that spoke her intent, to the delight of her Dad. You have graced us this evening with renewed strength as we continue to labor on behalf of this mother's child. Show us the ways in which we should go, for our hands and our hearts are Yours. In the Name of Jesus, Amen
Someone please tell me why we should not rejoice in Attorney Felos' statement that Terri has been placed in Medicaid and Federal funds CANNOT BE USED FOR ASSISTED SUICIDE; EUTHANASIA; OR MERCY KILLING.

My first contact attempt re: Felos' and his bizarre book was to George Noory at coast to coast. He just read and replied to the excerpts from Felos' book. After copying the excerpts, I attached this note:
Mr. Noory, don't you think it raises some legitimate concerns for the people of the state of Florida when a man such as this has sat on the board of directors of the largest Hospice in their state? Or, that Judge Greer, the Florida judge who has given George Felos nearly 100% favorable rulings, has shared a position on the same Hospice board of directors? Or, that this same Hospice is where attorney Felos took Terri Schindler Schiavo in the middle of the night 3 years ago, and where she is receiving no medical attention to this day? Mr. Noory, do you believe in such coincidences?
This was the total of the reply from George. But, I'll be listening tonight to see if he has anything to say...

There are NO coincidences--- George

" I believe she's in the insurance business, but research hasn't yet confirmed that" THAT's the connection. For days I was thinking it was Michael that was in the insurance business. Now it makes sense.

The same activist, uncontrollable, lawless judges who tried to help Gore steal the election in 2000.
I am serious.
Vote every single judge out of power, whenever the opportunity presents itself. It is impossible to fairly evaluate them individually,so vote them all out.
Clean house, and stop the madness.
De-facto term limits by the will of the people.
Time to break up the stranglehold of an elitist, out of controll, judiciary branch that ignores justice and forgets their constitutional role in government.
They are not charged to create new laws.
That is up to the Executive and Legislative branches of government, duly elected by we, the people.

" Maybe Terri is a lot stronger than they thought and they're growing weary of the whole mess." And it could be that Michael will be needing hisself a criminal defense attorney soon and if Terri keeps breathing, Felos stands to lose his golden goose.

"When her husband drives a recent model Mercedes, owns a home with a pool, has an insurance corporation, and earns good income? I just read one of pegita's posts a couple of hundred posts back. It seems that the house and insurance business might belong to the girlfriend. The plot thickens. Wonder how Mikey came to meet Jodi.

Even with all you've said, tutstar, Terri has been in hospice for three years and, according to CNN, HOSPICE HAS BEEN PAYING THE BILL. Is that a fact? Don't know, but something has changed in the care arrangements, because Felos said she has been approved for Medicaid, and Federal funds cannot be used to "exit protocol."
Was she really a private pay previously? If so, who? If not, why would Hospice pay her bill? We've not uncovered anything to show that Michael paid for anything ...
