Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...
News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

It can't be about the money. Otherwise he wouldn't have spent so much of it trying to kill her. He could've just gone of and enjoyed himself. Unless Felos blackmailed him.

What could drive him so that he'd blow all that money trying to kill Terri. The only thing that makes sense is that she has a story to tell about attempted murder.
To: supercat
But why spend it on lawsuits. Why not just give it to Felos.

Thanks for your answers. I think he should have to pay back every last freakin' dime. Plus interest.
To: sweetliberty
Oh I think he is an evil whacko job also
But from what I can gather, he's just in the killing business .. not the organ business

Who'd demand the audit? The state is the only one who could. Though if they have turned such a blind eye while Terri is living, they would be absolutely dead when she passes.

The thing that troubles me about Wolfson is he looks a little bit like Schiavo. At least in the photo I saw.

But why spend it on lawsuits. Why not just give it to Felos. Give how much? Felos could keep telling him it would just be another $3000. Or another $5000. Etc. I don't know that Michael would have ganged up with Felos at all if he'd realized how much money Felos was going to take, and I don't know that Felos would have taken on Michael if he'd realized that Michael wasn't going to properly play-act the grieving husband.

Who'd demand the audit? The state is the only one who could. Or a new guardian, or a guardian ad litem.

"Medicare is paying her bill???" I have seen posts to that effect and I have also seen posts that say the hospice was providing her care free of charge. Either way, something is seriously amiss. Meanwhile, lawyer pockets money designated for Terri's care. Same lawyer was on hospice board of directors at the time of her initial illegitimate admission (since at no time was she any more terminal than the rest of us). Seems that I also read that Greer had some connection to the hospice at some point as well, but I could be mistaken about that.

That does NOT mean they are no longer your family

What rules? The parents own attorney is quoted in the article. Did someone tell you this investigation was a secret and it got leaked? If so, it's not the posters fault, is it?

Mikey could still cut bait if all he wanted was Terri off his hands. True his live-in lover couldn't marry him in the Catholic Church till Terri dies, but she could wait and do that later. Couples live together unmarried all the time.

But why spend it on lawsuits. Why not just give it to Felos. JMO .. but I think for whatever reason, Michael just wanted to get rid of her and Felos saw an opporunity in advancing his cause and make some money

"and was told they could not grant me funeral leave because my mom was NOT my "immediate family."
They're nuts. Immediate family also includes brother and sisters. Most places also include your spouses immediate family.

Mikey could still cut bait if all he wanted was Terri off his hands. And what of Terri's trust fund? You think it would withstand an audit?

That's why I asked the $ question. And that only leaves 2 options: 1) He TRULY believes she would not want to live like this 2) He's a very very desperate man.
Do we know anything about his family, upbringing, etc?
To: texasbluebell
I didn't know about the jumping on someones back. So I am back to the beginning is he a good or bad thing for Terri? I just don't want to see Terri hurt anymore than she has already been with MS and Felo"n"s.
