I AM ADDING: "As the Guardian, it would seem to me Michael could be held liable for MISAPPLICATION OF FIDUCIARY PROPERTY---A CRIME!!!" I would surely think so.If the funds were specifically earmarked for Rehab, how could he legally use them for anything other than that.
