Depending on the statute of limitations, she may be eligible for an annulment. Each state has their own criteria but it is usually for people who have no children and who can prove fraud, adultery, etc. There is also a Catholic annulment, but that is more for spiritual purposes and has no legal bearing.

I think this question of divorce/annulment DOES get into stuff that would belong to the family and their church, privately. I'm far more concerned with the trust fund audit Jeb Bush should initiate, an investigation for attempted murder charges, getting that judge off the bench, other stuff that belongs in the public sphere.

As soon as it is at all possible I think the family needs a zone of privacy restored. They couldn't have it while they were trying to save her life. But that doesn't mean they don't desire it. Imagine the stress of knowing that if you misspeak, you can become the bad guy in the media at any time no matter how tired or frustrated you are.

Now, I don't know atruelady's children, so I can't say whether her assertion was true, but it was an ASSERTION, not an insult.
