Judge Greer and Judge Cope refused to hear Felo's injunctive relief hearings on the guardianship and vs. Jeb Bush. Judge Baird ruled for Terri but Felos has five days to send him a Brief. That's where we are at right now. All the big satellite trucks rolled back in today as we waited for word and the situation was very fluid. I have about 500 new friends. (except for a cop or two lol).

Bob Schindler and Pat Anderson were just on Nightline. They have not seen Terri & seemed not to have much info on her. I think Koppel is going to have a segment with the Devil's Duo shortly.

Is somebody standing guard over Teri at this moment? I wouldn't put it past the husband or his attorney to spirit her away and try to kill her again.

Perhaps we will be seeing Judge Greer doing some backpedaling if he is up to his neck in corruption that might possibly be exposed. Time will tell. Meanwhile, what has to be done to get Michael (aka major speedbump) out of the way of Terri's road to recovery and rehabilitation to the extent possible. I understand her family is now being denied access to Terri. How can he be allowed ANY continued authority at all over Terri's care after all that has been revealed?
