Physicians and nurses are not and should not be in the position of killing people. First, yes, it is immoral, and second, it is far too dangerous a slippery slope to forced euthanasia. With an aging baby boomer population and increased lifespan, the temptation will be there. We are already seeing signs.

If a person wants to end their own life, there are countless ways which do not involve others. People have been doing it without our help for thousands of years.
