ABC national radio just said Terri Schiavo has been in a coma for the past thriteen years! No liberal euthanasia bias ther, eh? I heard that too from driving my husband home from a medical appointment. I started shouting "SHE'S NOT IN A COMA, YOU DOOFUSES!!!!"

I am so sorry, dear Lady. The Florida legislature is working hard to cover their governor's butt for not having the spine to do the right thing. I'm sure it is so heartbreaking to see Terri slipping away, firsthand, while politicians posture and debate in order to divert attention from the truth. One need only read the governor's own amicus brief, to see what he mouthed as the reality but which he refused to act upon. May God grace you with His peace in this hour of sickening obfuscation.

Every morning when I turn on the news I expect to hear that she died during the night. Not sleeping very well. Stayed up till three AM last night so I could see the early news.

I saw what happened to my Mom when she had a potassium deficiency, but she got her supplement via IV. Then when she had a sodium deficiency, the MD put her on diuretics which in turn takes even more sodium from her body. He was killing her and went off to vacation while she lay in a coma. She was in restraints, but I fought to get another Doctor, I was removed from the hospital and ostracized by my brother's, but he saved her life!

That almost stood out in neon to me and I considered highlighting it, but thought I'd let it stand. Significant though, isn't it, especially given that the first part of that passage addresses those on His right?

It occurs to me that what we're seeing in Florida is a legislature and chief executive officer obfuscating their real desire by making a show of trying to pass an emergency measure to save a ward of the state. In reality, I would bet most of those legislators are quietly working out the means to expand this method of eliminating these drags on their state economy. Face it, folks, if Terri actually survives this effort to put her down and actually recovers soem of her languishing abilities, the effort to authorize putting down as a state power (via the courts 'pacted' with societal engineering philosopher kings) will be put off for a season. The sheeple will have to be manipulated further to reach this point again.

But it sounds good, politically, to claim they are acting to try and save Terri.
