Sugestion:
Would it help to have a group of Freepers Monday afternoon, 1:45, at the legislature building with new, pleas of help signs?
Not the usual varied comments, but ones with "ARE YOU THIRSTY?", or "TERRI'S THIRSTY", "A HELLISH WAY TO DIE-THIRST", or anything that may appeal to their consciences as the members fo the legislature enter the building.
Wish there were a fast way to create life-sized spoons to wear on the front of bodies.
Sorry if my isdeas sound dumb, just brainstorming at this late hour-in desperation, anything MUST be tried.
Anyone? Ideas?
As one poster said, WE MUST NOT GIVE UP, A CRITICAL TIME TODAY AND TOMORROW

Isn't it illegal to deny any animal food and or water?

I think you have an EXCELLENT IDEA, Oreolady! Can anyone relay that information to the people at the hospice??

But I bet they'll do it anyway if it's not too far away. (I've never even checked a map to find out.)

Maybe we have some FReepers in Tallahassee??

"Sorry if my ideas sound dumb..."

No, your ideas are great. The most effective symbols of protest are short, to the point, and almost Zenlike in their laser aim to the heart of the matter. Perfect example: the idea about the sign reading, "Are you Thirsty?"

Praying hard for Terri - we Californians threw out a corrupt governor, now you Floridians go after a cruel and unjust law that allows a skunk like Michael Schiavo to have the sole right to order the death an innocent, sentient woman. Godspeed.
