You and I think alike! I suggested exactly that earlier today. I think a group of state troopers could brush aside a bunch of hired security guards with no problem. I guess the only question is whether he has to sign the actual piece of paper hand-delivered by the clerk of the legislature or can he symbolically sign a fax copy on-site.

I would think that, in this day and age, FAX machines are just as good as being there in person.
