Male - don't know name - When patient's wishes are not known... she didn't tell us (written) how she wants to go... we don't know.... hubby said YES... people say NO... who to believe?... ARe we mindreading... if we're to err, err in side of patient... not criticizing court system... one of the judges Greer is a close friend... honorable man...tough decision... as was all decisions for 13 yrs... maybe a HOLE in ct. system... I'M GOING TO SUPPORT because it'll fill hole in system.. two reasons I'm supporting.. lots of kids/grandkids... I'd be trying to save mine!... but not reason. Realy reason... she dies intestate... no wishes she left... so we read her mind... I don't know... we don't know... senate sometimes makes mistakes... some of us will mistake on vote... some wrong.. we won't know who tho... so i say... if Wrong, be Right.. VOTE ON TEH SIDE FOR LIFE.... 2nd... can any of you tell me why can't 13 yrs magically do it now.... if we're syaing pull tubes we're syaign 13 yrs is ALL she can live... I'm supporting.

Tough issue... thought about it... profound effect on how we feel...we have a process.. founders were brrilliant... checks and bal... each part of 3 legged stool powers... constitution... life and death... not fair to put us in this situation... called my dad... he said THINK ABOUT IT... I believe in that process... religious beliefs... oath to uphold constit of Fl... we're being asked to try a case without facts... who knows?... (he's a lawyer)... he's tried cases... unless you are at a full trial you don't know... can't guess untill FULL trial... we don't know all facts... courts have listened and all have determined... (this is terrible) but I believe in process... millions of lives prob lost to protect sep of powers... what's ans? I dunno... Bill would be UNconst. if passed... court already ruled.... if we tell gov he can overrturn one case, why one time state?... stepping on ct. authority... I believe in system... decision already been made .... (JERK LAWYER!!)
