There is a spoken aside (yes, she never really sings, but this part is completely spoken) in the middle of the song where she says "the little nigger boy". I remember it distinctly becuase it turned me off severely at the time (over 20 years ago). It wasn't the insult or the crassness so much as it was her too too cool, so cool she wasn't white any more, attitude. The only surprise to me in this article is that she's still alive. I would expect her to abuse alcohol and drugs, I would expect her to have a child without a family, I would expect her to hate her own country, I would expect her to hate George W. Bush ...

It most certainly says little ni***er boy about halfway through the song. It is half spoken-half sung and may not show up in the published lyrics but is in the song.
