No, it won't, nor should it be. But we are supposed to have a system of checks and balances in place to prevent courts (or any other branch of government) from overstepping their authority and that system is badly broken.

Then, if my guess is correct--that the Schindlers are going to file a wrongful death suit when Terri dies--wouldn't they be going back to the same court system that overstepped its authority?
