They are asking for a criminal investigation.

They are ignoring the fact that a doctor has examined and testified in court of Terri's situation, which the court used in its ruling, that she will not recover and is kept alive only by a tube.

More is not quoting any specific laws, just their interpretation of the situation. If you are going to base your stance on that, then have at it.

I still did not see in that paper where they quoted a specific law for the State of Florida that says Jeb can put a feeding tube back in a person who has already been examined by a doctor, decided on by a court and kept by her legal guardian. Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, yes, but if the doctor and courts ruled not, then it is up to them to reverse it. Not up to Jeb. I will be surprised if the Governor can do anything. Maybe you should sue him. Or get Klayman to sue him.

video interview with neurologist who says Terri is being murdered...
there is a thread on it as well

Felos is connected with the hospice, don't you know that they chose doctors who were of the opinion that 'they wanted' they picked the ones who would agree with them.

Wesley Smith 'Forced Exit'...medical journals are now advocating declaring people such as Terri medically dead to harvest their organs (though no such claim with Terri) they want our innards!!!!!

What I find amazing is that freepers insist that Jeb (and possibly George W.) Bush use an executive order to put Terri's feeding tube back in, but screamed like mad when Clinton used executive orders ("stroke of the pen, law of the land, cool," Paul Begala) to circumvent congress.

What's equally amazing is that the Schindlers waited until this late date to demand that Jeb act. They knew years ago the court cases were going against them. Did they go to the state legislature to ask them to pass legislation which said that nutrition/hydration cannot be withheld from any patient without the patient expressing that in writing and witnessed? Jeb surely would've signed the bill, and without a grandfathering in clause, Schiavo wouldn't have been able to do get a court order to remove the feeding tube.

It's all Jeb's fault.

Terri has been examined by several doctors, not all of which agree that she cannot or will not improve. It is my understanding from what I have read on these many threads that only the testimony of the doctors chosen by Michael Schiavo were given consideration.

Isn't that exactly what Greer was doing?
