I doubt it. Unless someone's giving Terri water covertly (pray pray) there's no way she'll survive long enough for the bill to be signed.

Judge Greer is violating his authority when he forbids any effort at oral feeding or hydration. Jeb Bush should order that water be given. Unfortunately, someone else has posted that his Attourney General is pro-death. Figures.

You realize this special session has been scheduled by the Gov. since Oct. 9 to begin on Oct. 20 and end on Oct. 24.... Apparently Johnnie Byrd has decided to attempt an add on to the session.

Looks like Byrd's the one who's attempting an end run. I'll be interested to see if the Governor tries to elicit support to meet the 2/3 majority.
