I've agreed not to talk about the person in question, so I won't address your direct concern, but I will mention that as a general principle, FreeRepublic will require a poster to cease and desist from posting to or about another poster if a complaint is made. If you find a poster (not necessarily the poster in question, I'm speaking in a general sense about any poster) to be causing trouble, I would urge you to freepmail Jim Robinson to request that form of protection.
