Thank you for your note of sanity. I agree wholeheartedly that Terry Schindler-Schiavo needs to be saved, but I haven't seen any indication that Gov. Bush has the authority to intervene, other than the quote of one lawyer from Minnesota or Michigan. Big deal.Having said that, I do support Judicial Watch's suit.
We have Gov. Bush's word that he is trying to find a way to intervene. Can any Bush-Bashers here cite a case or find a law (sorry, farm animals don't count) allowing him to do so? He's prohibited from interfering where the state constitution doesn't allow him to interfere.
