I haven't heard of judges routinely visiting with litigants in the hospital.

Yet juries are routinely bussed out to crime scenes and tapes of Terri have been nationally telecast for years. With such heated controversy, one would think an "honorable" judge would have a moral obligation to visit her before making his determination.

The bussing of juries is left to the judge's discretion... it doesn't happen in every case.

Again, the important issue is Greer's actions. The buck stops with him.
