I honestly think you need an incident down there. Not mayhem that endangers Terri or anyone else, but something that gets media attention.
There are other things, that also hurt no one, but I'm not sure it's legal to say.

My fear is that some wingnut comes unhinged and goes on a "spree". That would accomplish nothing. Well, let me revise that. It would accomplish nothing good. I'm absolutely certain it would accomplish some really BAD stuff -- like the rapid introduction of some extremely bad legislation.

I sometimes wonder if there aren't pro-death people who want something like that to happen. It would really set their cause ahead several years in one fell swoop.
