I, personally, wouldn't want to live like that either, Hellraiser. However, her husband only "remembered" she said she wouldn't want to live like that AFTER $1.3 million was won in two separate medical malpractice suits. As soon as the money was deposited in an account for HER CARE, he started fighting to have her killed. He apparently forgot that he testified under oath that he "wanted to spend the rest of his life taking care of his loving wife, Terri." He only remembered that she allegedly said this AFTER the money was in the bag. His first request to kill her was turned down because the appointed Guardian Ad Litem at that time suggested his motives were "suspicious" and pointed out that no one else had testified or ever suggested that Terri had said such a thing. BINGO! Mr. S. produced two "witnesses" to Terri having said she wouldn't want to live...his brother and sister-in-law. *eyeroll* I wonder how much of Terri's money they now have? At that point, the judge GAVE HIM guardianship!!

The breach of the code of ethics in this case is appalling.

It definately brings doubt about his being the one to make the call that's for sure, it's one of the things that has put me semi on the fence. The more I hear, the more I wonder about his part in this.
