The 2000 election has to be the best thing that has ever happened to this country.
The voters have woken up, they realize that yes, their votes count, yes, their opinions matter, and yes, they can and will be heard.
California was the first, but it will not be the last.
The voters are angry, and the politicians can no longer afford to ignore them.

Wasn't there a recall of sorts against McCain back in 2001? It was led by a freeper I believe but was stopped due to 9-11. Anyone remember that?
