I AM RESPONDING: "Because of a legal/religious issue, we are not her guardians. She actually does not have a guardian at this time, although we have not had a big problem with anyone seriously questioning our authority so far.
I AM ADDING: "However, after seeing the refusal of Terri's "GOD-husband" to release what I believe is his SECOND "strangle-hold" on Terri (the first being what I think is the LITERAL CAUSE of her condition), and allow Terri's LOVING PARENTS and FAMILY take care of her, I'm concerned that a stranger could file to become our daughter's guardian and leave US out in the cold like her parents. He has not given her the therapy she needs (and was PAID FOR), so let her LOVING and CARING BLOOD-RELATIUVE PARENTS and FAMILY have authority to take care of her."

I AM RESPONDING: "Oh, really? And I'm the only heir of Howard Hughes. How do I know? Well, he TOLD me, of course...before he died. What do you mean there is NO DOCUMENTATION of my claim? It MUST be true...I MUST be the only heir...I TOLD you I am."

I AM RESPONDING: "How do YOU know? STRANGULATION cuts off the AIR supply and cutting off the AIR supply leads to BRAIN DAMAGE. (I seem to remember seeing a video of her which indicates BRAIN DAMAGE! Gee, I wonder how THAT happened...NOT!) His demanding that the ONLY WITNESS (and VICTIM) be put to death sure helps GET RID OF THE EVIDENCE!!!!!
I AM ADDING: "And supposedly, there was a LOT of money set aside for THERAPY, but which has apparently DISAPPEARED or been used for SOMETHING ELSE. WHERE is it??? I believe that is called MISAPPLICATION OF FIDUCIARY PROPERTY---A CRIME!!!"

SO9 WROTE: "It takes very little evidence to remove a guardian and replace them in a case like this, but in 13 years of court battles, the parents have turned up ZERO evidence, which is why the courts have ruled against them. Jeb Bush was asked to intervene, so you can be sure the State Police and Atty Generals Office looked into the matter."
I AM RESPONDING: "It depends on whether the JUDGE in the case is Pro-LIFE or selfishly pro-DEATH. It is my understanding that the PARENTS have not been able to take her to be evaluated by a Doctor and Specialists of THEIR choice---so they can even GATHER evidence and have her properly cared for."
SO9 WROTE: "The overwhelming opinion of the qualified medical personel on the case, not the nurses and bottle washers, but the specialists, is that she is in a chronic vegetative state. The overwhelming evidence from her legal guardian is that she did not wish to continue in this condition, but preferred to be allowed to die."
I AM RESPONDING: "You mean like the EXPERT Neonatologist SPECIALISTS who said MY daughter would only live 26 DAYS and who is now NINETEEN YEARS OLD????? You mean SPECIALISTS as QUALIFIED as they were??? DOCTORS ARE NOT GODS!!!!!!!!! DOCTORS DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING!!!!!"
