How'd I miss that??????

Interesting looking, to say the least!! Definitely bacon and eggs in that pic - can't quite figure out the rest.

but it is sure making me hungry, especially since we decided on omelets, bacon, corn bread, and biscuits for dinner tonight!!!

That one had some of my homemade dinner rolls, the best bacon I've ever tasted (from Yorkshire Farms -- organic, no nitrites/nitrates and I swear that a 12 oz. pkg. yields more than 2 or 3 lb. of regular bacon!), Cascadian Farms Country Style Potatoes (the kind with red and green bell peppers and onion), some shallot, egg. Little butter and olive oil (because there wasn't enough fat from the bacon!!!). I sometimes add cheese. Didn't that time. I added a little chopped shallot, too, if I recall.

(I have stupid mold sensitivities now so I can't use leftover potatoes and have to go to extreme measures to cook most fresh potatoes. Thus resorting to using a frozen kind. They're delicious though, so that's good!)

As I said earlier, I'd fix that for my nephew and you'd think I'd just fixed him a full-course Thanksgiving dinner or something. I'd say it was a "guy thing," but when my daughter was in junior high, her one friend would request that often. Other times, we'd make "barf dip." But that's a story for another time. LOL

Eventually I'll get my "technique" for making it on CookingWithPam.com. (I just pulled out the camera and was ready to start getting pictures transferred, etc. and, NATURALLY, edits for a book arrived; edits are supposed to be done by Monday, so I suppose those'll be the priority.) ;)

I would say so!!!!!!!!!

I so envy your talent - I would so love to do a cook book - but I have no patience with and no inclination to measure everything out exactly.

I am so much of a "bit of this, dash of that" cooker, it's not funny.

Now to go chop onions!!!!
