First, I am NOT a DeSantis fan. Second, I’ll never defend Hunter other than prove the charges/accusations. He’s a creep at best. Not all the laptop is federal issues. Where are the states, some conservative, where some of the laptop issues could be pressed? Frankly, Hunter was investigated by the Trump justice department. Trump then must be as corrupt as Joe.

You noted earlier that Joe’s enemies are being jailed. Of those indicted in Atlanta, only one is jailed and he clobbered an FBI agent trying to serve him. All others were given kid glove treatment. Their bookings were fast tracked so they could be in and out. If I’m ever in trouble, I hope to be treated at least as well as they were.

You forget quickly Trump played his I’m one of the elite cards last night when he said “I came in, I was treated very nicely, but it is what it is,” Trump told Newsmax. “I took a mugshot, which I’d never heard the words ‘mugshot’ — they didn’t teach me that at the Wharton School of Finance.” It’s too bad Wharton didn’t teach business ethics when he attended. Of course he’s not the only alum to hold that dubious distinction. Rajiv Goel (Wharton MBA ‘83) was found guilty of insider trading in 2012 after assisting former classmate Raj Rajaratnam (Wharton MBA ‘83) with information. Second-year Wharton MBA student Ashik Desai, who oversaw sales and analytics at Outcome Health, pleaded guilty of wire fraud in a $1 billion fraud scheme. During his Presidency, Trump in 2020 pardoned fellow alumnus Michael Milken (Wharton MBA ‘79) after Milken had pleaded guilty to six felonies including tax violations and securities fraud.

Maybe that should have been part of the curriculum.

But that was a purely elite comment.

Those jailed are from Jan 6

I have written before why I am a Trump supporter. It’s because of the man he is. It has nothing to do with what you mention.

He has lived a flamboyant life.. He probably has made mistakes.. He is a man who has a caring in his mind.. He loves this country. He would help anyone who needed him, in the outside world. He has done something right with his sons and daughter. He didn’t shy away from prayer.. He has basic tendencies that I appreciate.
I raised 4 sons and have 5 grandsons.. I like the man Trump!
