There are a great number of us who may do the same. These Republicans will never fight for us when they are in the majority. They had all three branches of government from 2017 to 2019 and accomplished nothing. We will never make progress until they are gone. Even if we have to spend a few cycles in the minority, it is the only way to ever replace them. The truth is that it wouldn't matter anyway. These professional politicians are all on the same side, their own. It's time to start over.

Probably won’t have to - as long as we can keep Trump out of jail, the Republican Party will be quickly replaced this year...by Trump’s new party.
Like you (probably), I’ve spent my entire adult life nearly always holding my nose when I vote...that’s because the Democrats are horrific. But when the Republicans will not even defend FAIR ELECTIONS, then they no longer deserve to exist as a political entity. They crossed the Rubicon on that one and they should have known better*.
*for example, asking any 10 people here whether they’d follow Trump to a new party. It would have taken their Gay Mafia about 15 minutes to figure this out.
