The Big Lie effort continues unabated. Theres no energency and no problem with most people voting however they may wish and for who ever they wish. Anybody fearful or the elderly frail With mortal illnesses or conditions may choose to vote absentee, just like always. These Big Liars will, however, never shut their Big Mouths. If we have any critical problem, this is it. How up get these communist and Nazi Big Lie propagandists and scam artists to stfu?!

Not so fast. If the election goes to the House, each state delegation gets 1 vote. As of today Republicans control 26 state delegations, with one tied. If held today Trump wins in the House

We need to clean the House and Senate nearly from top to bottom.
To: DuncanWaring
"Yep, the same House that impeached him, in which each state gets one vote."
This is very confusing. According to Article II, Section 1, the electoral college consists of electors apportioned according to how many senators and representatives each state has, so the number of electors varies between states, and that is how they are tallied to this day. But then it says that each state shall have one vote, and this stipulation that each state only has one vote is repeated in Amendment 12. This seems like a contradiction. Or have we been ignoring the Constitution all these years?

This is gonna be a special kind of madness.
Nancy will lose the House and her seat. She will force her appointment as POTUS before she is forced to abdicate her Speakership. The new Pubbie House will immediately impeach her. Senate will confirm with a 2/3 guilty verdict.
Trump will be restored for 8 more years. But not before bloody knuckle grinding.

Brian Stelter is making the wild claim that conservatives are the one's that don't want Biden to debate.
In similar news, John Podesta played the role of Biden in a think tank simulation of various election outcomes. One of those outcomes was Trump winning the electoral vote and Biden winning the popular vote. Biden would then go to a couple of states where he lost the electoral vote and get the Dem governors to send his electors rather than Trump's to the House to overrule the outcome.
This would lead to the House declaring Biden to be president, and the Senate to declare Trump the president. This would lead to a potential civil war involving the military.
So Carl Bernstein is planting the seeds that will allow the Dems to undo the election results and somehow blame it on the GOP.
Looks like they are planning yet another coup.

Presidential selection in the House only if electoral college is inconclusive.

"Presidential selection in the House only if electoral college is inconclusive."
Ok, I get it, and "inconclusive" means that no candidate won a majority of the electors. But how could Trump unilaterally "throw" it to the House unless no one won a majority of electoral votes? If Biden wins a majority, Trump has no power to do that, and if no one wins a majority, the Constitution demands it. Bernstein is still nuts.

The America/American-hating Democrat/Left is desperate, they're angry, they're frightened and they're dangerous ... exceedingly dangerous. The only thing -- and I do mean the only thing -- the America/American-hating Democrat/Left understands at this time until the first Tuesday in November is force ... persistently applied strong force ... designed and applied with the objective of total defeat of these enemies of our Republic and of our Constitution.

"Thank you for the explanation; otherwise, Bernsteins claim makes no sense."
It till makes no sense, because if Biden wins a majority of electoral votes, there is nothing Trump can do about it, and no court would let him do anything about it. And if no one wins a majority of electoral votes, the Constitution DEMANDS that it go to the House. Either way, it is not Trump's call, and no court would rule otherwise.
