Not a primary source. Funeral directors do not fill out death certificates, physicians do. The funeral directors were not there.
The physician’s part of a DC is cause only. FD does the rest and he can dispute the cause if it is obvious. And if you think MD’s really care about correctly filling out a DC think again. They dont get paid to do it. Upon death their paycheck ends.
