Did they assist in any of the autopsies here?
After embalming hundreds of bodies an FD can pretty much determine the case of death.
They don't cut the body open. They remove bodily fluids and replace with embalming fluids. Absent any obvious external trauma how do you determine the cause of death without opening the body?
I have had my hands inside many bodies. Obviously no FD was involved in these autopsies. However I have assisted in many, I can make my determination upon the outer condition of the body in conjunction with how the fluid used in the procedure distributes and reacts to the existing body chemistry and upon aspiration. Embalming an autopsy or organ donation case you are working inside the human body and attempting to put it back together. I can see the condition of all internal organs. My I rrespectfully ask how many bodies have you embalmed. I have done over 1500.
