There are a number of good reasons for Trump to hold a rally in Texas:

Will raise millions of dollars, much more than most rallies.
It will help win more seats in Congress.
Many, many of Trump's strongest supporters live in Texas, and this is a reward for their loyalty.

Hoping Trump visits Texas again, much closer to Nov 2020. Can Jerry World be filled to capacity?

He had three rallies in Texas in the 2016 season AFTER the primaries were done. But now it’s suddenly new.
