IMO the central question regarding November 2020 is...is the President vulnerable in any of the states he carried in ‘16 and,if so,which one(s)? Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Arizona, maybe North Carolina. A lot depends on who the Democratic nominee is.
