It wasn't this one little mistake that will kill her hopes for the Presidency.

It is that she lacked the character to realize or care that she was building her career on a lie.

That's infinitely greater than one little mistake.

She lied her whole life about this crap, and used it as a tool to get ahead.

I had to laugh, her "one little mistake" they whine about reminded me of this classic joke:

A backpacker is traveling through Scotland when it starts to rain. He decides to wait out the storm in a nearby pub. The only other person at the bar is an older man staring at his drink. After a few moments of silence the man turns to the backpacker and says in a thick Scottish accent:
