Can’t kill the king, go after those in his court. That’s the plan.

Looking at the Twitter post by Don Jr. and the law, I don’t see that a crime took place here. Nothing of value was exchanged at the meeting - the lawyer had nothing. You can’t prove a crime based on wishes.

The worrisome part of the email is reference by the go-between that (1) the lawyer he will meet is with the Russian government and (2) Russian gov’t is trying to help Trump.

This likely was a honey pot set up by our Deep State to open the door for Obama to spy on Trump’s campaign.

The meeting amounted to nothing, but it opened the door to spying on Don Jr and all the players cc’ed on the email.

Mueller will try for Jr.’s scalp. A perjury trap is being set and they will get a conviction. If POTUS pardons him, then impeachment will follow.

You can't prove a completed crime with just wishes, but you can charge conspiracy or attempt to commit a crime.
