Methinks "blind trust" means something different from your understanding of the term. The only way to "blind trust" Trump's past is to divest everybody in his family from every business interest that Trump has. Isn't going to happen, and shouldn't happen.
Check out the business interests operated by members of Congress. Talk about massive conflicts of interest! Some of them have substantial ties to foreign sales too. Hypocrites.
