Heck, have it in or near Oroville to highlight Democrat perfidy in the state of California and across the country. Highlight the difference between himself and them. Read off the applicable legal penalties for misuse/misappropriation of the Federal emergency aid he released and state in no uncertain terms that it will be used to repair the damage through neglect of the dam at Oroville. State that the same will apply to all the Federal works projects soon to be announced. Spend it correctly, spend it wisely. No fraud or you’re going to jail.
