Committee chairs in congress are always members of the majority party. The House banking committee chair is currently Rep. Hensarling of Texas, and mindless Maxine isn’t currently on the committee.
I really think people should just lay off of Maxine, give her a break. She’s a very hard worker and involved in many projects.
I suspect her comments were not very well prepared because she has been working on plans with Hank Johnson on how to keep Guam from flipping over.
Anyone else that hard worked would not even be questioned.
